Whistleblower Protection Act

Internal whistleblower reporting offices have been set up in our group since 28 November 2023. The establishment of these whistleblower reporting offices is based on the provisions of the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG). The fundamental aim of the Act is to ensure that the applicable laws are complied with within our group. In addition, the Whistleblower Protection Act protects whistleblowers from reprisals such as dismissal, salary changes or the transfer of duties.

The whistleblower reporting office is operated by external lawyers, Claudia Vogel and Dr. Stefanie Heinrich, www.vogel-heinrich.eu. You can find out what you need to bear in mind when submitting a report, how to submit a report, and the procedure for processing a report by our lawyers on the follwing homepage:

You will find the relevant tiles of our group of companies at www.vogel-heinrich.eu/unsere-vertragspartner.

Whistleblowers can choose whether they wish to contact our internal reporting centre or an external reporting centre. Further information on the external reporting centres and their responsibilities can be found here: https://www.bundesjustizamt.de/DE/MeldestelledesBundes/MeldestelledesBundes_node.html
